Job description

Site Supervisor - Rugby

Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00

We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join a well-known facilities management business on a large industrial site in Rugby. This role would suit a Site Supervisor or Facilities Coordinator with strong organisational and health & safety skills who's confident managing work orders, and permits.

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be:

• Acting as the main site contact for day-to-day service delivery
• Managing work orders, and issuing permits to work
• Supporting the FM with planning, scheduling, and compliance tasks
• Reviewing RAMS, maintaining records, and ensuring safe systems of work

As a Site Supervisor, you'll need:

• A background in facilities management or engineering
• Strong understanding of health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred)
• Organised, proactive, and confident liaising with engineers and contractors
• Computer literate with experience using CAFM/CMMS systems
• Ideally electrical bias, but not essential
