Axis CLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the Planned Works team. Based from our Leeds office with travel to sites across the Yorkshire region, you will manage day-to-day subcontractor delivery for kitchens and bathrooms in occupied properties.
You will coordinate site activity, ensuring works are safe, on programme and of the required quality, while liaising with residents, clients and internal teams to provide a smooth delivery experience.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Planned Works team, based from our Leeds office with travel to sites across the Yorkshire region delivering kitchens and bathrooms programmes across occupied properties.
This role will focus on the day-to-day management of subcontractor delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards.
You'll play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and working closely with Resident Liaison Officers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents.
As a Site Supervisor, you will have:
Proven experience managing planned maintenance or refurbishment works, ideally kitchens and bathrooms.
Strong experience managing subcontractor-led delivery in occupied properties.
Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
Experience working within social housing or occupied environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple plots and workstreams.
Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to site management.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
