We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Transportation team in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. In this role, you'll help deliver a diverse range of local authority civil engineering projects for Kier on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council. As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee minor works and support projects involving footway reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, surface treatments, drainage upgrades, traffic signal installations, and structural repairs. This role requires experience working on live public highways, a strong commitment to a people‑first approach to safety and ensuring full compliance with all relevant SHEQ processes and procedures.
