Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Killerby at our Packed Products plant. Within this role you will be supervising the day-to-day site activities ensuring:

Key Responsibilities
  • The safety of everyone on site
  • Labour resources are maximised to fulfil production & delivery requirements
  • All management systems are adhered to
  • Coordinate the weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targets
  • Troubleshoot plant issues and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with site maintenance
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periods
  • Supervise production employees to ensure they comply with company policies, meet performance levels, and undertake training as required
  • Conduct regular reviews with the site team
