Freelance Part Time Site Supervisor - Commercial Fit-Out

Location: Ipswich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 Months

Day Rate: £280.00 a day

Client: National FM Provider (Key Account)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Ipswich, starting ASAP for a duration of 4 months to work 2/3 days per week. This will increase to 5 once the next project is approved.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national FM provider on a high-profile key account. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management and supervision of subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects
• SMSTS
• First Aid certification
• CSCS card
• NEBOSH (Managing safety) or IOSH
