Site Supervisor Required - Grantham

Start Date: 10/11/2025

Pay: £25 -26 per hour

Duration: March 2026

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to work on a social housing project across Grantham.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising trades such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers to carry out repairs/maintenance in tenanted and void properties.
• Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
• Reporting progress to the Site Manager and senior management.
• Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
• Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
• Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too

Requirements:

• SSSTS
• First Aid At Work
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor
• Own transport
