Job summary

A construction management firm is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker Supervisor for an ongoing project in the Dorset (BH13) area. The role involves overseeing general groundworks, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting a capable team. Candidates must have valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications, proven on-site experience, and immediate availability. This temporary position offers a competitive rate of £240 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CSCS and SMSTS Card certifications.
• Proven on-site experience in groundworks is essential.
• Immediate availability and local to the Dorset area are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general groundworks and maintain onsite health & safety.
• Assist the team in setting out and ordering materials.

Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Groundworker Supervisor: Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Overseeing General Groundworks, maintaining onsite Health & Safety, first aid trained will also be required. General ground work tasks to assist the team setting out, ordering materials, helping generally alongside a very capable team

Groundworker Supervisor: Requirements / Experience and Qualifications

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS Card certification
• Proven on-site experience
• Must be local to the area
• 2 x checkable references
• Immediate availability
