Due to the award of long term contracts within the North East and North Yorkshire we are seeking a reliable and experienced SSSTS-qualified Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You’ll be overseeing groundworks and civils projects across whole area, ensuring safe and efficient site operations in line with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site activities and coordinate trades
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Ensure compliance with H&S standards and RAMS
  • Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Maintain site records and progress reports
  • Support operatives and ensure quality control
Requirements

  • Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
  • Driving licence and own transport desirable
