Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead a multi-skilled on-site engineering team to deliver outstanding FM service
  • Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance for critical M&E and HVAC systems
  • Ensure compliance, reporting, and safe systems of work are maintained at all times
  • Liaise with key client stakeholders and manage performance via CAFM systems
  • Participate in the on-call rota, ensuring operational reliability 24/7
