A prominent property maintenance company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee social housing projects in Basingstoke. You will manage site activities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations while supervising trade colleagues and driving quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Social Housing sector and strong communication skills, alongside relevant qualifications. Based: Yeovil or Basingstoke office – office based in the main with some site travel around Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol & Avon, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Typically Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. Great opportunity at Novus to become a crucial member of our team, delivering works on a long-term Social Housing framework contract. With responsibility for the supervision of Trade site colleagues, including subcontractors, the role will ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the Client, or the general public.
