Location: Single Site, Bristol

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you an experienced soft services leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience? We're looking for a proactive and engaging Site Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of catering (deli offer), cleaning, security, and reception services at our Bristol site.

With 12 direct reports, you will play a pivotal role in shaping service quality, elevating standards, and creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.

About the role

As Site Services Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both the client and our onsite teams, ensuring that all services are delivered seamlessly, safely, and professionally. You will lead service enhancement initiatives, drive customer service excellence, and ensure operational delivery is consistently outstanding across all functions.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a team of 12 to deliver high-performance across catering, cleaning, security, and reception.
  • Enhancing customer service standards and continually improving the onsite service offer.
  • Overseeing specialist or 3rd-party service partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Acting as the first point for client communication, addressing queries and escalations with professionalism and care.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and all relevant health & safety requirements.
  • Managing stock levels across cleaning supplies, catering materials, and disposables to ensure service continuity.
  • Coordinating hospitality, catering, and onsite events, working closely with stakeholders to deliver smooth execution.
  • Managing and monitoring reactive work requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  • Competent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to support occasional out‑of‑hours needs.
  • Hold or willing to complete training for a SIA licence.
