Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd, a site services contractor, is seeking a Site Services Engineer in Deeside to join its operations. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across a broad range of site services equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical fault-finding and safe, compliant work.

You will diagnose faults, maintain lighting, small power, refrigeration, and mechanical assets, keep accurate records, and support continuous improvement while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' practical engineering experience.
• NC or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven fault-finding ability.
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities across site services equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain and repair a range of equipment including lighting, small power systems, dock levellers, and refrigeration plant.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with engineering standards and site procedures.
• Support operational teams to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture at all times.
