Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an FMCG manufacturer in Rotherham to recruit a Site Services & Compliance EngineerSalary: upto £52,000Days only - Monday - FridayIn this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of equipment, managing service contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Site Services & Compliance Engineer will be responsible for:

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on all site machinery and equipment
• Coordinate third-party service providers to reduce operational downtime
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Support site improvement and upgrade projects from a compliance perspective
• Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors
• Lead or assist with internal and external compliance audits

We would be keen to speak with Site Services & Compliance Engineers with the following:

• NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering (or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering (ideally in food manufacturing)
• Proven track record in facilities management and regulatory compliance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
