One of our best clients is currently seeking a Site Services and Utilities Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the Site Services team, promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
2. Manage site utilities and facilities, ensuring compliance, uptime, and efficiency.
3. Deliver improvements and cost savings through projects, energy reduction, and best practices.
4. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation.
5. Train staff and implement new equipment.
