What You'll Do
- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring all services meet client SLAs and company standards.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting and addressing hazards promptly.
- Conduct regular quality audits and drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Manage rotas, timesheets, budgets, and stock levels efficiently.
- Support your Line Manager with compliance, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Represent "The Medirest Way" in everything you do.
- Experience in a Soft FM, Support Service environment (12+ Months).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- IT literacy and basic numeracy.
- Flexibility to meet business needs and attend off‑site training.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
