  • Provide general office support, manage correspondence, and answer phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, blueprints, permits, and site registers. This also includes managing revisions and supporting change control processes.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to the relevant team members.
  • Assist with compiling and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Order supplies, manage petty cash, and maintain office equipment.
  • Manage project timelines and schedules, and book meetings, travel, and accommodation when necessary.
  • Assist with day-to-day site activities, such as booking deliveries and managing site attendance records.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the site, liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
