How you will make an impact

As Site Scheduler for our Cheese‑Butter‑Powder (CBP) End‑to‑End planning team, you will plan production at Lockerbie in the most optimal way based on local capacity and overall production plans. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations at Lockerbie and stakeholders across the site and headquarters, actively participating in daily coordination to ensure reliable service and smooth execution.

  • Own order management and site production planning
  • Identify optimisation opportunities through planning and sequencing
  • Follow up on site KPIs and drive performance improvements
  • Maintain planning master data for the dairy (Excel and SAP APO)
  • Collaborate daily with Operations and the CBP End‑to‑End planning team

This role sits within Supply Chain Planning (CBP) and reports to the Operational Network Planning Manager, based in Westbury.

You bring a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management, built on experience with hands‑on planning experience.

You will have strong IT and Excel skills, with added value from your knowledge of SAP and Power BI tools.

You will take ownership of outcomes with a positive, service‑minded, and responsible approach, and you will tackle challenges proactively with analytical rigor, persistence, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills will build effective cross‑functional relationships, and thrive amid change.
