Job summary

Equans is seeking a Static Site Supervisor for the Moderna MITC site at Harwell, Oxfordshire. This full-time role focuses on maintaining critical electrical infrastructure across manufacturing and laboratory areas to keep production operations running smoothly.

You will manage the site engineering team, supervise subcontractors, perform electrical testing/inspections, log work in real time using PDA/CAFM, and respond to breakdowns including out-of-hours call-outs. DBS clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical testing and inspection of electrical systems
• Supervising sub-contractors on site
• DBS check clearance required
• Experience in pharmaceutical or process environments

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and team expectations
• Respond to requests and coordinate quotations; provide monthly reports
• Review and ensure accuracy of Engineering Job Sheets
• Carry out PPMs per maintenance spec and log in real time
• Update CAFM with start/wait/stop times and full descriptions
• Identify plant faults and record for action
• Lead and coordinate on-site electrical works and on-call duty
• Read electrical drawings and maintain compliance with standards
