A leading agricultural company is seeking a Site Operative in Wimblington on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting grain storage operations and adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates should possess communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, and a customer-first approach. Mechanical skills and relevant licenses are desirable but not essential. We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Wimblington on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be carrying out day‑to‑day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.
