A local educational institution in Gloucestershire is seeking a part-time Site Operative to join their committed team. The role involves maintaining school facilities, working flexible hours during term time, and occasionally covering for the Facilities Manager. Actual annual salary £14,271 - £14,969 20 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join the school as a part time Site Operative. You will join a team of staff who are committed, supportive and fully dedicated to their roles. Normal working hours during term time (38 weeks out of 52 weeks per annum) will be from 8.00am until 12.00pm from Monday to Friday.
There is a requirement to cover for both the Facilities Manager or your colleague in the case of sickness absence or annual leave and your working hours would then either be from 7.00am until 11.00am or from 2.30pm until 6.30pm. Advance notice would be given wherever possible.
Occasional weekend working may also be required on an overtime basis. These additional hours will be agreed in advance with the Facilities Manager. During school holidays the hours of work will be for 4 hours per day between 8.00am and 4.00pm. The annual leave entitlement is 25.5 days per annum rising to 30.5 days after 5 years in post.
