Biffa is seeking a Site Operative in East Grinstead to help run a busy recycling centre safely and efficiently. You will assist visitors, support day-to-day operations and contribute to a cleaner, greener community.

In this outdoor role you will observe company standards, work with a team and independently, and help maximize recycling through effective waste sorting while upholding a strong safety focus.

Be the Backbone of Recycling: Join Us as a Site Operative

Location: East Grinstead
Salary: £12.91 per hour

Working Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

Working Hours:
Winter hours (October to March): 08:45 to 16:15
Summer hours (April to September): 08:45 to 18:15
