An educational institution located in Bodmin is seeking a reliable Site Operative to manage the maintenance and operational needs across multiple school sites. You will ensure school buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning, with flexible working hours all year round. This role emphasizes a proactive approach to maintenance and support for diverse educational environments.

Here at St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust we are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hands‑on Site Operative to support the day‑to‑day maintenance, security, and operational needs of several school sites across our Multi Academy Trust. We have 14 individual schools across our Estate and are looking for someone to support in the maintenance and care of these premises. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing estates team, working across a diverse range of educational environments. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our school buildings and grounds are safe, well‑maintained, and conducive to learning. The role is 37 hours per week (flexibility required), working all year round with enhanced holiday entitlement. Your base school will be in Bodmin but you will travel to other sites across the trust to complete work.
