RES Group is seeking an entry-level candidate to support daily operations and maintenance of renewable energy assets (Wind, Solar & Storage). You will report to the Hub Operations Manager, work from home with travel to sites in South/South West England, and assist in maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to travel to sites in either in either South or South West England.
This is an entry level role and you will be reporting to the Hub Operations Manager you will oversee daily operations and maintenance activities on a number of renewable energy assets (Wind, Solar & Storage) in a geographical area with flexibility to operate beyond that region to suit business needs. Working from home and open to travel with overnights stays as required. Support the Asset Management Team maintaining statutory, safety and quality and environmental standards. You will conduct site inspections as required and assist the Hub Operations Manager in maintaining contractual obligations.
This is an operational role requiring home working and travel to asset locations were the efficient and effective handling of tasks is paramount and will be supported by the Hub Operations Manager. This role will enhance efficiency, add value, and provide the opportunity to enter into the renewable sector. A proactive and flexible approach to working with a collaborative approach to aid efficient delivery. The ideal candidate would have a strong desire to develop the role and in turn themselves with a view to career progression.
