Job summary

SUEZ UK is seeking a customer-focused site assistant to help residents maximise materials recovered at the site. You will maintain records, manage container exchanges, keep the site tidy and ensure health and safety compliance. You will join a collaborative team and may cover holidays, with training provided.

Applicants should have strong customer service skills, be a team player, and be flexible in work patterns. IOSH qualification opportunities may be available as part of development.

Qualifications

• Good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
• Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, ensuring space to segregate and store material correctly.
• Maintaining a tidy site within your areas of responsibility.
• Ensuring health, safety and welfare duties are met for employees and others.
• Co-operating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with site permit and policies.
• Any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role.
