Position for a Site Operations Manager to autonomously run the flagship site of a heavy engineering specialist going through significant growth. This is a great opportunity to join an evolving business that is investing heavily in its assets and systems, overseeing dockside operations—an essential pillar of its UK operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an experienced, multidisciplinary team covering production, maintenance, export, and procurement.
• Exercise full autonomy in day‑to‑day operations and report key metrics to the Group Operations Manager, supporting informed decision‑making at a group level.
• Drive production efficiencies and operational excellence across the site.
• Receive full industry, systems and export training as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Site Operations Manager or equivalent in heavy engineering, bulk commodity, waste management, aggregates, or a similar environment.
• Excellent leadership skills and a solid understanding of production efficiencies.
• Desirable experience in import/export (not essential; training will be provided).
