Job summary

Polarseal, part of ADDEV Materials Group, seeks an exceptional Site Manager to lead its flagship UK manufacturing facility in Carlton, Suffolk. You will be the senior on-site leader, driving safety, quality, productivity and culture while spending substantial time on the shop floor with cross-functional teams.

The role offers ownership of day-to-day operations, with potential to take full P&L responsibility and influence the group’s international manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant senior manufacturing leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or similar.
• Experience in cleanroom or high-care manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.
• Lead engineering and maintenance to improve asset reliability and maintenance strategy.
• Drive lean and continuous improvement across production planning, S&OP and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, ISO standards and health & safety requirements.
