Are you someone who looks at a space and instantly imagines what could be built there? Do you have a technical mind, an eye for design, and the confidence to bring creative ideas to life?

We’re looking for a Site & Module Specialist to join our client’s growing events and branding team — an opportunity that blends engineering precision with creativity across major sporting environments such as golf, boxing, and rugby events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded designer or early-career engineer who enjoys transforming creative concepts into practical, visually striking structures that enhance existing architecture and elevate brand presence.

The Role — Site & Module Specialist

You’ll work on a diverse range of branded installations across high-profile sports and event venues. From modular structures and digital sponsor boards to atriums, glass façades, and architectural features, you’ll identify opportunities to bring brands to life through intelligent design and engineered precision.

Working closely with the Managing Director, clients, and structural partners, you’ll help design and realise build concepts — both pre-assembled and on-site modular systems — ensuring they are safe, stable, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed site and venue surveys, capturing accurate data, photos, and measurements.
  • Identify and develop sponsorship and branding opportunities within venues — including modular installations, digital boards, and structural or glass elements.
  • Translate creative ideas into technically achievable CAD drawings and structural layouts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Managing Director, design, and engineering teams to ensure safe load-bearing and weight transfer designs.
  • Liaise with fabricators, structural engineers, and operations teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Attend sports and event sites throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays as required.
  • Contribute to post-event evaluations, refining systems for efficiency, safety, and visual impact.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, structural, or design-related discipline.
  • Confident in the use and interpretation of CAD drawing (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • An understanding of structural design principles, including load‑bearing and material behaviour.
  • Strong spatial awareness and practical problem‑solving ability.
  • Comfortable working on‑site and liaising directly with clients and engineers.
  • A genuine interest in sport and live events — with enthusiasm for venue‑based, hands‑on work.
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and collaborative.
What’s on Offer
  • Salary up to c. £32,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 28 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays) + your birthday off
  • Extra holiday with service (up to 33 days)
  • Life assurance (3× salary)
  • Wellbeing support — 24 / 7 GP, counselling, and health rewards
  • £500 milestone bonus every 5 years
  • Regular social events and team recognition
  • Company sick pay (after 2 years’ service)
  • Ongoing development in design, engineering, and modular build systems
This role would suit :

Individuals from engineering, structural design, exhibition build, event production, or experiential branding backgrounds — particularly those excited by sporting environments and the challenge of turning creative vision into engineered reality
