Rate: £300 a day CIS

Role: Lead Site Manager required to oversee the internal fit out of an industrial unit near Tamworth for a consultancy working with a main contractor who are delivering the scope of works. This is an ongoing site due to commence imminently for around 6-7 weeks. Working under a visiting Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal fit out of an industrial unit near Tamworth
• Work with a consultancy and a main contractor delivering the scope of works
• Manage an ongoing site project for approximately 6-7 weeks (imminent start)
• Work under a visiting Contracts Manager
• Coordinate with trades on site and ensure timely progress
• Maintain proactive health and safety practices and documentation
• Handle paperwork and IT tasks and liaise with the client professionally
• Drive to site and live within a commutable distance to Tamworth

Qualifications

• Experience as a main contractor delivering projects of similar scope and size
• Internal/refurbishment project experience
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid
• SMSTS (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)
