Overview

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £2 million refurbishment of a commercial unit in Swindon. The works involve internal refurbishment of the loading bays and external parking areas within the compound. The project is live and due to Practical Completion in March 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager.
• Sequencing and short-term programming of works.
• Trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, and adherence to deadlines.
• Influence health and safety on site and support QA/QC processes where applicable.
