Qualifications

• Experience in social housing sector on refurbishment programmes.
• Demonstrable site management experience in refurbishment or maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical works ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Manage Health & Safety policies and site inspections.
• Induct staff and manage site operations to ensure standards.
