Site Manager (SC Cleared) – Office Remedial works

Location: Cardiff

Contract Length: 5-6 Weeks

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Clearance Required: SC Clearance (Valid & In Date)

We are seeking a Site Manager with valid SC clearance to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be working with a government agency managing office remediation works in Cardiff.

This role is crucial in ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee works to an office building and oversee key sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, government standards, and project specifications
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
• Address any issues or risks that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements

• Valid SC clearance (Security Check) is essential for this role as well as CITV SMSTS
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in office refurbishment and/or asset replacement
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations
• Familiarity with government or public sector project delivery
