Site Manager – Planned Retrofit Works

£50-55k + Benefits | Based in Warwickshire | Full-Time, permanent position

We are looking for a proactive Site Manager to deliver a decarbonisation and planned works project on Social Housing and decent homes in Warwickshire. You must have experience delivering similar projects with a reputable main contractor, completing projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Control overall direction of the project while maintaining financial control of the contract.
  • Partner with the client and client representatives to ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Manage cost control and subcontractor relations.
  • Implement short-, mid- and long‑term programmes for various work streams.
  • Carry out on‑site inspections, undertake investigations, inquiries, prepare reports and offer solutions to maintain continuous improvement.
  • Hand over properties on time, meeting strict key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with the client and contract administrators.
  • Ensure health and safety on the site.
  • Manage and control site administration and staff.
  • Schedule and procure materials.
  • Chair sub‑contractor progress meetings.
  • Collaborate with design teams, client representatives and consultants.
  • Program works using MS Project.
