• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Monitor quality of work, conducting inspections and resolving issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports.
• Manage risk assessments and method statements for safe operations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Lead toolbox talks and site meetings.
• Oversee resource allocation to optimise workflow.
