Please note that proven experience in Prime or Super Prime residential refurbishment is prerequisite for these opportunities.

Site Manager & Project Manager - Chelsea

£60k-£80k + bens

Super Prime Residential specialist main contractor, delivering a newly secured flagship £11m+ single dwelling refurbishment contract for a HNW private client.

Seeking a No.1 on site (Project Manager/Senior Site Manager) to lead this scheme, and a No.2 Site Manager in support.

Site Manager - Holland Park/Mayfair/Chelsea (Projects £1m-£5m)

£60k-£70k + bens

Long established £15m turnover main contractor.

Very well structured with excellent systems and procedures.
