Qualifications

  • Proven experience in design scaffolding management & flat roofing replacement projects.
  • Valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for minimum 12 months.
  • NVQ Level 6.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • SMSTS.
  • CISRS Scaffolding Inspection qualifications.
  • Level 4 in Construction or Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Black CSCS Card – or working towards.

Position Summary

Site Manager – 15 Year Partnership Contract with L&Q (East London). 2‑Year FTC, Full Time, 40 hours per week.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within the Planned Works Hub with the aim to grow the client base.

You’ll lead delivery teams, assess resource requirements, support day‑to‑day activities, and ensure all team objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints.

Drive excellent service standards, influence profitability and basic budget management, and manage Health, Safety & Environmental management and compliance.

With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs, you’ll maximise operational service delivery and productivity, promote quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, and seek client involvement and feedback.
