Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee building services projects across Middlesbrough. You will manage site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion, coordinating M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy‑related works.

This client-facing role focuses on safe site delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality, programme performance and stakeholder relationships, with a Monday–Friday pattern on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Proven site or project management experience within facilities management or building services.
• Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion.
• Coordinate M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy‑related works.
• Monitor programmes and address delays, constraints and resource requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel against required standards.
• Monitor workmanship, materials and installations, ensuring defects are addressed promptly.
• Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation.
• Manage technical, operational and delivery risks, escalating issues where required.
• Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information.
