Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to work for a main contractor to deliver a £4m new build development of 5 luxury apartments in Radlett. The scheme involves piled foundations, a basement structure, and a party wall interface, requiring a technically strong and proactive Site Manager with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the project runs safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve smooth project delivery.
  • Enforce health & safety compliance and maintain accurate site documentation.
  • Report progress to senior management and liaise closely with the client and design team.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction including piling, basement, superstructure, and fit-out stages.
Requirements
  • Proven track record managing luxury residential or residential new builds.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid Certificate, and CSCS Card
  • Knowledge of piling, basement construction, and party wall coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
