  • Manage and oversee fa ade remediation projects on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, construction regulations, and cladding-specific standards.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
