Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance

An established and forward‑thinking housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a new housing development in the Scottish Borders. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee quality residential projects with a pipeline of future work already secured in the region.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of all site operations — ensuring that homes are built to the highest standards, on time and within budget. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate materials and trades, and maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site operations from groundworks to handover
  • Manage build programmes, quality standards, and budgets
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, technical teams, and local authorities
