Site Manager – Residential Developments (Scottish Borders)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Scottish Borders

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site operations — ensuring that homes are built to the highest standards, on time and within budget. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate materials and trades, and maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
