A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent position focused on refurbishments at Sainsbury's and M&S locations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos). Responsibilities include managing site health & safety, reporting progress, and overseeing onsite labor. Competitive salary offered.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health & safety on site.
  • Report progress and updates.
  • Maintain site diaries.
  • Conduct inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Manage onsite labour effectively.
  • Chair and attend site meetings.
  • Perform quality inspections and snagging.
  • Order and receive materials.
  • Evaluate programme and budget.
  • Participate in project meetings.
