Job summary

A leading energy job board in the UK is looking for a Site Manager to oversee a soft demo of modular cabins in Lowestoft. The ideal candidate will ensure health and safety protocols are followed and manage sub-contractors to keep the project on track. Relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS are required. This role starts on the 10th of November, 2025.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS Card must be held.
• FAW certification is preferable.

One of our established clients are currently looking for a Site manager to oversee the soft demo of modular cabins in Lowestoft. The right person will have a good understanding of H&S, overseeing tradesmen, ensuring the project is on track for completion.
