We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager who is looking to drive their career forward by working on major construction projects alongside experienced colleagues. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, swiftly identifying and addressing any challenges.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Inspire and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee site documentation, including permits, drawings, and progress reports.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance site performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
