Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Manager for a 6 month contract in London. Overseeing a £200m commercial office fit out, the successful candidate will manage 4 floors and report to a senior site manager. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience and relevant certifications including CSCS and SMSTS. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role.
• In date SMSTS certification required.
• Valid CSCS card needed.
• First Aid certification is a must.

Site Manager – 6 month contract

My client is a tier one main contractor in search of a site manager for a 6 month contract with the possibility a further extension.

Project

The project itself will consist of a large £200m commercial CAT A office fit out consisting of 10 floors the building will also retain 70% of its existing structure.

Responsibilities

The role will involve reporting into a senior site manager and you will be tasked with managing 4 floors from shell onwards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role.
• In date SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid.
