Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Joiner by trade) to lead fast-track pubs, bars, and restaurants refurbishments and fit-outs nationwide. Immediate start or November start, with a daily rate of 300 and digs plus travel covered.

You will run the site from strip-out to handover, coordinate trades, maintain premium finishes, and ensure projects stay on time and to spec. Strong on-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Joinery background required for hands-on leadership.
• Proven experience on leisure/hospitality refurb projects.
• Strong on high-end finishes and fast-paced sites.
• Able to manage trades, programmes and quality on site.
