About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders on a 6-month fixed term basis, overseeing the final phase of a residential development in Dundee.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to exacting quality standards. Working closely with the construction and technical teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for building exceptional homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain excellent communication with the project and technical teams.
• Deliver homes that meet NHBC and customer quality expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications essential.
• A proactive approach to health and safety and a commitment to quality.
• Able to hit the ground running and manage a busy development with confidence.
