Civils Site Manager Location: Tayside Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 Package We're working in partnership with a well-established civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Civils Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work across infrastructure, groundworks and civil projects throughout Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities to ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are met
• Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance and technical accuracy of works
• Monitor progress against programme and budget, producing regular reports
• Ensure effective use of digital tools for documentation, progress tracking and reporting
• Liaise with clients, engineers and project stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector
• Strong technical and process knowledge across groundwork, drainage, roads and structures
• Highly competent with IT systems and digital project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering or similar)
