Site Manager – NHS Hospital Project

Our client, a loyal client of Sphere Solutions, is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a £60M new‑build hospital under the New Hospitals Programme. The project will run for 130 weeks and includes a new build Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit. Contract type: NEC Option C.

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will support the internal fit‑out of the project, reporting to a Senior Site Manager and Project Manager. Your responsibilities include technical viability of works, health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial aspects.
