Office Fit Out Site Manager

required for a start in Cheltenham from Monday 10th November

Our client is looking for a Site Manager for an office refurbishment in Cheltenham. It will be in an occupied building with weekend works included. A lot of the works are to replace flooring and decoartions to the common parts.

What is required for the position?

• Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness (Fire Marshall / Warden Course desirable)
• PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
• Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
• References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
• Works involved: construction site, where they will be doing racking- 5-6 workers to manage, needs black smsts, first aid and to drive as site is not accessible by public transport. They will be overseeing the site and managing the works

£250 per day

Working hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm
