Location: West Brom

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Pay Rate: Competitive (dependant on experience)

Overview

Linsco is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations on a busy construction project for one of our esteemed housing clients. This role is inside IR35, and applicants must hold a valid Scaffold Inspection Certification (CISRS or equivalent) – Scaffold Awareness alone will not be accepted.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Conduct scaffold inspections and ensure full compliance with legislation.
  • Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against programme.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
